In its preparation or modification, the company's management undertakes to:

- Consider Quality as a decisive element for complying with the provisions of this legislation and for the continuous improvement of products and services provided to Customers;

- Increase your competitiveness (in terms of products, prices, times) in relation to the competition;

- Ensure the necessary means to meet the needs and expectations of customers;

- Reduce "non-quality" and non-conformities (in number and costs);

- Raise the level of reliability and quality of the company's performance;

- Ensure full satisfaction of the contractual requirements defined with the Client;

- Increase market share;

- Direct purchases more and more for qualified suppliers, possibly certified and reliable;

Management issues and annually reviews this document called “Integrated Quality Policy - FSC”. The document is disseminated within the organization and made available to anyone outside the Company who is interested in viewing it.

The Policy may be subject to change as the corporate structure, reference context or stakeholder needs change and is, in any case, subject to review as part of the periodic Management Review.

Compliance with the policy is ensured through "audit" activities and critical analysis by management to assess the degree of application of the defined objectives and define new ones, with a view to continuously improving the effectiveness of the QMS.

Quality objectives

Annually, during the Review, Management prepares a document: List of effectiveness indicators and new objectives, through which it defines, for the relevant levels and functions of the Organization, the Objectives to be achieved. The objectives are measurable and consistent with the Quality Policy.

MANAGEMENT STATEMENTS

The Board declares that, as in previous years, for the next year, workers will also be represented by a Workers' Representative (RLS) and with regard to security, it will be up to the RSPP to ensure compliance with Consolidated Security Law 81/2008 .

The Direction is available to demonstrate to the competent bodies what it has implemented to guarantee the ethical and safety principles of workers.
